So, my brain is still very new. However, in the last three shoot that I was in, there were an instant where the lower third of the picture (sensor frame, excluding lower HUD) starting to have ghosting problem, like an grame latency that ghosted back in to the stream. It's only visible when motion occur, or if there is camera movement.

I have managed to eliminate the problem after a reboot, but just wondering if anyone had experience the same problem in the past and know what's the cause of the problem? Did I set something wrong? Or if it is more of a firmware issue?

Thanks, guys!

Is it in the .r3d files? I notice some weird things when switching between framerates/HDRx, but it's only on the monitor.

Since I was on set, as soon as I noticed the ghosting on camera, I immediately start a reboot; but that's a very good question.

I have seen this a FEW times switching OUT of HDRx mode, at 3K. a reboot fixes it.

Good call, Chad! I was also switch out of xHDR for one of those incident.

Did you check it wasn't on your R3D files afterwards?

I've also had this problem when making major "system changes". It's never actually appeared on an .R3D, but is super annoying. I can usually get rid of it by switching into and out of playback mode once or twice.
