I have been fantasizing in owning a RED camera ever since RED ONE was released. Now a proud owner of a pre ordered Raven (still anxiously waiting). I jsut want to say that this forum is full of nice and genuine people. I am now hooked on this website / forum. I like to participate in as many threads as possible (even though my knowledge is very limited). And I would just like to say thank you all for having me here on this forum. I hope I can be more of a help in the future with participating in other threads.

Yours,

George

I am always very, very grateful for the advice and counsel so freely shared by so many experts on REDUser.

Everything i search on the net (Camera/ film related) has a reduser.net on the end of it.. I trust Redusers advice/ recommendations over anyone :)

I'm very new to the RED Eco System, but reading through all of the post here you can see what an accomplished system it is by the massive amount of people on here and the amount of knowledge they share freely.

It's great be surrounded by people like this. Thank you guys

Agreed, the atmosphere here is a great one. I am sure that I will enhance my knowledge of RED with what to do and what not to do etc. Everyone is so friendly and will help with every situation you are in. Love it here! Like I said, I am addicted to this forum.

Wish there was an app for my phone to make checking in easier while I commute etc. Anyone good at app development should definitely consider this ;)

reduser = film school

So true. The wealth of knowledge here on the forums never ceases to amaze me, as well as the plethora of fellow shooters who come to aide quickly those in need with a problem. It's unlike any community on the net.

new to the Reduser forum as well, loads of information here.. and i've been enjoying the pre-order drama going on lately:ihih:

As a total newbie this forum is a goldmine.

Agreed... when i first came on this forom i din't know nuthin'. now I r a PoD... or whatever it's called.

It seems to be going better lately, a number of my pains have not been turning up, which means real discussion can happen.

Wayne, good to hear that. Not really sure what it has to do with this thread, but happy to hear of your health progress.

As for pain?... Corydalis, White Willow Bark, and Licorice root is your friend if you are looking for a natural remedy.

No Elsie, my Pains on this forum. Have a look over on the BM thread about what is happening at BMC user. This place seems to be getting more helpful again as the more blindly disgruntled people seem to be there. But I'm burnt out now making it hard to participate. There used to be a wonderful community here of professional people before the scarlet fixed. Now the poppies have been harvested, it has gone back towards normal.

Heh, sometimes I take things too literal. '-)

Looks like scarletuser is time locked too. Might explain a few things here in 2012/2013.

Looks like I'm not the only one! While I'm not technically a Red user, I've learned so much about the higher end productions reading the various threads here over the years.

I'm probably most addicted to the Ask David Mullen Thread in the Cinematography section...:blushing:
