Hi all
I'm using RedcineX and this morning it was fine I shut it down for a unit move turned it back on and my saved looks and transcode prefs had vanished.
For quickness I turned on my spare macbook pro that I hadn't even been using that day...Same thing.
Very odd and VERY annoying.
Has anyone else ever had this problem?
I'm using build 30 because the last time I upgraded my RR died at the same time.
Thankfully I had my looks saved elsewhere but it would be nice if anyone knew how to get them back
