Looking For Solutions

Current Situation:
Upgraded from build 17 to build 20.1.3 mid shoot (I know its silly but we had massive problems with build 17), we still have 2 weeks left of filming. All the below problems have been reported to red in detail but I'm looking for some temporary solutions.

To Date we are currently experiencing multiple problems:
SATA_TRANS_ERROR (I know this is a drive/cable issue and they have been recalled by red.
RECORDING ERROR INTERNAL FAULT (received this twice while turning attempting to turn over)
ROCKETIO issue during playback (Apparently to much information is going back to the red)

Please could anyone help us out a temporary solution or two, apart from silly ones like crash record from HDMI and playback from there...

Use build 20.0.0.
It have the new color science, but no SATA error handling.
Also try using AC power, and not running on battery. This helped me get trough a shoot.
But contact support also, they are very fast replacing bad gear.

We were experiencing quite allot of random shutdowns on build 17, build 20.1.3 solved these problems but we are receiving quite allot of sata_trans_error's on this new build.

Red have recalled our drives but as we are in the middle of a shoot its impossible to sent them back with out first receiving 'DEMO' gear.

Plus AC power does not correctly fit into our red... quite an odd problem
