  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Looking for Simple Jib

I've had this one - the 48 - for 10 years and it still going strong. Fits in a large tube for transport and will handle a 50 lb load and it is very solid. I use fly-away sandbags on the road for weight. Used it with an Arri 2C and Varicam. RED should be fine but I'm still waiting....

I'm contemplating getting the jib by EZFX www.EZFX.com. Someone tested their RED out in it at NAB. The shots looked pretty good. Can anyone chime in if familiar with this particular jib?

I have an EZFX jib and love it! There is nothing better for the money. Their weight caddy accessory could use some work, though.

I got the SEVEN Jib because it is small enough to take on a plane. I brought it from Hawaii to Sydney as carry on luggage! Something to consider if you want to move around with it.

Reasonable price and very rugged.
