I just posted an ad to craigslist, but figured I may find what I'm looking for here. Instead of typing it all out again, I'm just going to paste it below. Please PM me if anyone is interested and we can talk more about it.
First up I have a shoot this Thursday, and another one this coming Sunday. Two separate days; I'll pay your day rate for both days. I always pay cash up front when picking up the gear. I'm not looking to rip anyone off, but I am looking for a really good price for frequent rentals.
My go-to scarlet package has been upgraded to an epic dragon, so I'm looking for a Scarlet owner to build a relationship with and rent off of. Over the previous year he made thousands of dollars from my rentals and we were, and still are, happy with the way everything went (I'll continue to rent his EPIC).
I rent frequently, I take meticulous care of all gear, and I'm looking for someone to partner with as my new go-to scarlet owner.
The package must include at least the body (EF mount), touchscreen LCD, large batteries and cards, rails, mattebox, and ND filters. I have my own lenses and sticks. I'm looking for a full package... I'm not looking to have to supplement a half package with the rental house every time I rent, I have that ability already.
I'd say the frequency of my rentals, on average, are 2-3 times per month. One month I may be on a long job and not need it at all, the next I may rent from you 7-8 times.
I'm not looking for anything other than Scarlet owners at this time, and I'm not looking for a DP or AC, just gear. I already have EPIC owners I rent from, so I'm looking to fill the gap with the lower budget projects I take on.
