just because it will be with MX upgrade much much,... better and far more cheaper than Aaton Penelope ∆ 4K uncompressed with Dalsa CCD "fair tail" technology or

"flocky/plocky" Arri Alexa advertised as

"the most advanced digital camera system with the highest dynamic range and sensitivity on the market." :hand: :laugh: :rofl:

It could not be a bad idea, but thing is I only shoot Cine lenses. RED cine lenses that is, he he.

It could not be a bad idea, but thing is I only shoot Cine lenses. RED cine lenses that is, he he.

Ketch, my RED1 has both mounts RED PL with i/pins and IMS that has also the highest PL stainless steel and thermal resistant approved mount. It takes 10-15min to exchange them that depends on yours skills.

And because the latest RED lenses are not electronic (RED Pro Primes and RED Pro Zoom 17-50mm T2.8) that means you don't need i/pins.

Also setting IMS PL mount back-focus works with the shims that is more respected at the German Institute for Standardization DIN (Deutsches Institut für Normung).
