Looking for Follow Focus Thumbwheel Clamp for DSMC2 Side Handle or other Grips

Any ideas for a clamp wide enough to fasten properly around the DSMC2 Side Handle/Cowboy Grip or the likes? I saw this clamp on RTmotion thumbwheel but it is not sold separately from what I can see. I sent them en email but no response.
