  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

[FS: GEAR] Looking for Alexa Mini - $25k

usedcinegear.com is has a whole fleet of them they are selling for $25k each I believe.

It's getting easier. The next gen S35 4K is going to bring the whole lot down in price.
The real issue is hours though. You don't want a camera with 7000 hours on it. Even an Arri.
Price tag is always relative to lifespan.

I doubt the prices will go down lower than they are at least for a 1yr or 2. The MVF-2 alone cost $7-$8K, just one 1TB Codex runs at $2K, the next gen body will run between $40-45K, in addition to the licenses options( $4K each). The next gen S35 ready to shoot pkg will probably run for the price of just a MiniLF body. Meanwhile, a mini package w/ good hours, fully unlocked, and Arri inspected will run for $40K-44K.

I am already seeing mini packages out there with less than 3000 hours at $32K. The Amira is regularly hitting $19K now as well.

Plenty of AMIRA cameras are selling for sub $19K, we'll see AMIRA sell for sub $10K before we're one and done with this current coronavirus economic crisis we're in.

Am sure with a small bit of luck and patience the OP an find an Arri Mini priced close to what he wants to pay.

Everything is going to be selling for a lot less than some people think they're worth.
