We are two filmmakers sharing a studio in Tribeca, NYC. We are looking for a 3rd Partner.
We currently have a 350sq ft (22.5 x 15.5) studio. We pay about $450 each with the rent and utilities included.
We have 5 months left on our lease and we may look for something larger and pay about $650-$700 each.
We mostly use it for shoots, auditions, storage, client meetings, edit session with clients. It has an AC.
Booking the studio is arranged via Google Calendar.
We are easy and friendly. Any equipment we have available at the studio, you can use for your shoot.
