Looking for 3 wall Green Screen stage in LA

I've been looking for a stage to shoot a Spec Commercial and wondering if anybody has an stage they like that caters to the Indie community in and around LA. I've got a list but thought I'd reach out to see who people are using. I'm looking for something in the 40'x30' arena. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

If you need a really big green-screen stage, Laurel Canyon Stages is pretty good:

I think their big stage is 133' x 67'. It's also reasonably quiet (once you turn the air conditioning off). One huge problem with a lot of so-called "sound stages" in LA is they're really photographic stages that have terrible acoustics and sound like you're in a tile bathroom. There's one stage right next to a runway in Burbank (swear to god), and you can't go 2 minutes without the whole building shaking from jet engines. Bad for sound.
