My company is involved with advanced HD compression algorithms and we are looking for some 1080p60 test material. We are primarily planning to use the material for internal testing and for private demo's to customers. We have no intent of using the content "commercially" in a public way.
Ideally we'd like to find some content that already exists and can be made available to us in the very near term. We'd like a few minutes of footage with some high motion sections and also detail closeups. For example - some footage of a sports event (e.g. plays from a football game with some closeups of the players faces). While that is an example of what we'd like, we're open to any and all suggestions of what might be available.
If we can't find exactly what we're looking for we are also willing to consider having someone shoot some footage for us. For example, we might have you go to the local high school and shoot the local team playing football or basketball or soccer, etc. Another possibility is shooting a scene of boats or cars racing or of moving traffic.
My company is currently in "stealth mode" so I can't reveal what we are doing without an NDA but I can say that we are the people that made the first ever high definition chip for H.264 and we also built a real time H.264 encoder that was used for studio authoring of high definition content. I.e. we are credible and are working on very exciting next generation "stuff".
If you have any interest in discussing this with me please give me a call at 781-915-1920 x110 or contact me at shulsinger@immediasemi.com.
Thanks,
