Looking, 4 lens in one lens, with zoom/focus?

I have seen two lens versions for old cameras, that put an image in each half. But what about 4 lens versions for various mounts, with zoom and focus, and iris, for better multipoint 3D?

You could get a machine shop to make a custom one. For example, take two of these and make a custom unit:

Hmm, 3D stereo. Thanks. I've been there before, I should have another look. The issue is it likely needs to be custom made to for the sensor, to even divude up and centre in each quarter.
