look of of Starbuck (2011)

Hi,

i have just watched a movie named Starbuck (2011) (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1756750/)
it is nice French movie.

Color is very strong part of the movie. They used very strog RED and GREEN.

Can anybody give some clue to have this look in color correction?
my thoughts are;

1-Art department put lots of small RED items to scene and and colorist push them RED by secondaries.

2.They used (especially shadows and blacks) GREEN.


any suggestion will be very appreciated.
