Lomo OCT-18 PL Mount and Focus gears?

Any UK or EU based companies that can change the OCT-18 mount to PL, and add focus gearing to the Lomo OKC lenses?

Got a couple Lomo Standard Speeds and I'm thinking of getting a few more to build a set. Will get them rehoused eventually but looking for a cheaper solution until I have the money for a full rehouse.

Just want to be able to put it on my Alexa and use them with a wireless focus unit for passion/low budget projects.

If anyone knows anyone or a company that does this that would be great!

The lenses are Lomo OKC with the OCT-18 mount. I think they're meant for the Konvas camera and the serials are between 800-900.

I have a 35mm F/2 and a 50mm F/2. Will probably get the 22 and the 75mm for a mini set of 4. Think the models will be:

okc11-35-1
okc1-50-6
okc6-75-1
