A real gem of a lens.
Super compact and lightweight anamorphic zoom with everything you need and in great condition.
One of the most compact 35mm zooms out there and it’s anamorphic!
It just came back from a clean-up by Olex, he also installed 0.8 gears for zoom, focus and aperture and made custom washers to swap between 50-160mm anamorphic and spherical 25-80mm , it takes a couple of minutes but is possible to do without re-collimnation.
Doesn’t need lens support since it’s only 1 kg and only 19 cm, and with the new gears it’s perfect for steady cam, motion control etc.
It comes in a hard case with:
- 35OPF29-1A lens - 50-160mm /4.2 with PL mount
- Custom washers to change between anamorphic and spherical (makes it a 25-80mm /3.0)
- Original Close-up 0.6x lens
- Original Close-up 0.4x lens (a small smudge on the glas but doesn’t affect image quality)
- Original sun-shade
Real smooth focus, zoom and aperture with clean glas. It covers 4K (S35) and almost 5K, only darkens slightly in the corners.
I’m letting it go because I really need to save up to make my little Scarlet an Epic Dragon, I would’ve kept it otherwise.
