Every time I try to sign in to red.com it says my password is wrong.
So I have to reset it every time I want to log in.

I have tried different passwords, I have tried changing it once logged in but nothing works.
As soon as I am logged out I'll have to reset my password to get back in.

I emailed RED about it but I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced this?
Gets real annoying, real fast.

yes. same exact issue here. I use the exact same password every time that I'm asked to "change" it, still have to reset it every time I log in. It's especially annoying if it happens on set, where time is of the essence and I may be on a location with spotty wifi. At home, not such a big deal. I'd like this to be fixed, too.

RED is looking into this now, I also made them aware that the problem is affecting others as well.
I'll update the thread when I hear more from them.

I just got an email from a developer at RED who had been looking into my failed login attempts.
Turns out I had been trying to log in using my email address and not the username that I created years ago, and had forgotten all about.
So basically it was my fault all along, but I did suggest they make it possible to sign in using our email addresses since that's what everyone is used to doing, everywhere.

Anyway, if you have this problem, make sure you try logging in with your username, not your email address.
