Locking in E-W at 180 shutter

Is there anyway to lock the shutter angle to 180 degrees when switching between frame rates?

Go to: Menu > Settings > Display > Modes
Set "Exposure" to "Angle (Relative)"

Now you can set the shutter angle and it will maintain that angle across all frame rates.
