Locked out from downloading firmware

So I just got my dragon and it's in my name. I logged in to my red account as primary and tried to download latest firmware for Dragon and it says locked. Talked to a rep and he logged into my account and was able to download the firmware. Anybody have this problem?

Try clearing your browser cache, log out, and log back in.

Just tried that and still says locked.

Can you try from a different computer?

Once you have logged in...go up to the top where your email address is and be sure its set on "Primary".
You should have two options now, "Primary" and "Admin" try both options.
