Yes, as of 3.2.x. Press the 1 and 4 buttons on top of the side handle at the same time. Repeat to unlock. There are settings in the Keys dialog to allow some functions to continue even when locked - like the record button.

I've turned everything off except the record button.

I remapped all my keys and assigned the User 1 and User 2 Function to enabling (user 1) and disabling (user 2) my keys. It's super nice to have all the assists for setting up the shots, then turning them all off so no one accidentally does a white balance or hits exposure check while shooting, and being able to turn them all back on again.

Is there a centralized location of all hot-keys for the camera and accessories?
