loaner cameras please!

I really wish RED would offer a loaner brain when you need to have you need to send your camera back for service. It doesn't even have to be free. I understand that they actually do have a few but it seems like they are never available.

The few times that I've had to send my brain back home always seems to come at the worst time. Considering that the turn around is usually a week or two, it really sucks for us having to go without our cameras during that time.

Please increase the loaner fleet so that we can have a replacement brain when we really need it.

Agreed. It's not their responsibility, but it sure would be nice sometimes.
