DRAGON

It is now six months since that magical time of arrival of the Carbon ...;) "Django" and "Machete" are working very hard in recent months. To be honest, I never thought of renting so much.
I'm happy, tremendously happy with this creature, I have clients who worked only with Alexa and now I'm always on the Dragon does not leave more heheh. This is the change I've been waiting a long time for me .. it was not a question of money, I could go to Alexa, or any other camera, but I knew that these guys would have improved over time and I like the challenge, I like reduser and all what goes around, and then I threw myself on RED some years ago;)

The old and the new ... OLPF and calibration, colors and resolution .... all important things of course, but hey guys when you are in front of the monitor Dragon shines, is the best, the customers are happy.
I can not find a big difference in the shadows between the old and the new OLPF OLPF, at finished grading, perhaps in the tests here on reduser tend to push too hard, that in most of the time it never happens, or in my case not recording at 800 and then push at 3000 ... but I find a big difference in the highlights and the skintone, and color ,this is what all my clients go to see when they are in front of the monitor ....

Let me share with you a lot of footage, but I can not for the concessions,
so every time I try to rip a few frames ...

only my thoughts to share.

Tomorrow try the new DJI gimbal with Ketch Rossi;) wowo

THANK YOU RED

Old and new OLPF ... and mix lens
With and without light .. a mix of shots. even with UV

obviously the jpeg artifacts here are terrible :sneaky2:... I just do an upload time of R3d ..

THEN TAKE THE CAR AND COME HERE;)

argh If i had known earlier, let me see what I can arrange this arvo, will message you later, keen as.

eheeh not want to miss an opportunity so beautiful :) ehehe

Congratulations for this work Luigi, Love these shots, the one with the bed and those near the window are exceptional. In the past i tried some uv tests as well, but wasn't very convinced about results, is this a UV prepared OLPF?

Ciao

thanks guys;)

Ivan, not simply brought the saturation of Dragon +2.5 REDCINE in x-and high contrast ...
I was also surprised to see the result ... I like everyone on set.

A sensor fucking beautiful that captures the impossible;)

Last night I wanted to shoot fireworks in my beautiful Lugano, since August 1 is a national holiday in Switzerland.
More low light so you died ... during the fireworks half the town is totally made dark to enhance the event.
With the naked eye I could only see the light inside the palaces nothing more spectacular the entire city in black :)
Nice to have 3 stop in more in the highlights .. can I recover a lot in the highlights.
I used the Sigma 18-35, I like this lightweight lens performance.
The event lasts about 30 minutes, I want to finish the project in 4K UHD as a reminder for the city of Lugano.

I quickly place a still pushed in post Dragon at 6400 iso with ADD, I wait for the final rendering ..

I put a still daylight on a clear day ...
