So I am working on a design for a new micro-mobile LINUX powered DIT solution, we are currently designing around the Raspberry Pi 4 (4GB Model).
The idea is to build a small, battery powered, portable, tough system with tons of USB3 ports, 110v (inverter) ports that can work with any os and offer fast and extremely stable automated or manual (advanced) media transfers, syncs, check sum verification's, etc. Additionally, it can incrementally mirror all of its data to a second or third backup drive, which will also provide a high speed nas solution for access to the files from other systems on set.
We believe this solution can be offered for between $799-$999 to the end user.
What are your thoughts? Would you be interested? would love some input from our red community! Thanks!
