Lines in my RED Monitor

What are these faint lines in my monitor? They have been there for a while. They are not on the footage. Is there a way to fix this?

No, the faint shadow like lines. They are hard to see in the photo. I circled them.

Best case scenario: there is some dust or imperfections in the diffusion film- needs disassembly and cleaning .
Worse case scenario- your LCD panel is shot.
