lightweight 15mm solution for rods at front and rear of camera

I'm looking to set up a lightweight 15mm setup for the Epic, and I'd like the option of putting rods on the front and back of the riserplate but I have only been able to find riserplates with holes at the front. Anyone aware of an epic riserplate for lightweight 15mm that has holes at the front and back?
