Hi guys.
In a month I have an upcoming music video of a 7 men gothic metal band. It will shot entirely indoors and they want dramatic lighting. Very high contrast and not too much lighting.
The set will not be very complicated. Dark red and violet drapes at the back, a big dead tree ( ala sleepy hollow or pan's labyrtinth ) at the middle background, back lit with open face cluster lamps. My mate and I were considering lighting the artsits with high lighting for very dramatic lighting.
What would you guys think of this setup and ideas for some fill lights? What contrast ratios are advisable for such setups.
Thanks for all tips and advise in advance.
