Hello all,
On April 26th & 27th in Los Angeles, Global Cinematography Institute will be hosting a Master Class Seminar about all things motion picture lighting, including hands-on lighting courses taught by GCI Co-Founder and Oscar winner Vilmos Zsigmond, ASC (Close Encounters of the Third Kind, The Deer Hunter, Heaven's Gate, Black Dahlia, Deliverance, etc.)
Other seminars within the Master Class include demonstrations of new lighting technology by Gaffer Jon Tower and a preview of the present and future of Virtual Lighting techniques by Virtual Lighting artist Fredric Durand. All seminars are presented through the perspective of the cinematographer!
Tickets are available for $375 on the Global Cinematography Institute website (www.globalcinematography.com/masterclass/lighting.html) and space is limited to the first 22 students to register (class is quickly approaching capacity!).
