I have a shoot next week and I want to mount a couple battery powered LED lights on the outside of the car. I want to be able to remotely dim them. Does anyone know who makes something like this or where I can rent them? Also would appreciate any good ideas you guys have.Roscoe light pad kit? Thanks!

HATE rosco light pads. Used once, and never will again. You could go with some LiteGear lite mats or light sticks. High CRI, dimmable - just get longer lead cables for "remote" dimming, battery powered, etc. Found out about these from Jarred

Probably need to specify if the cars are going to be moving or not, and if you need a wireless remote system or if it can be wired.

Are you looking to simulate driving by street lights etc? I don't understand why you want lights outside the car. Explain more of what you are trying to achieve. I have done some ridiculous LED car rig stuff with good results.
