For a new project am filming a musician -dancer couple in a variety of interior studio and outdoor locations.
The studio will be similar to this http://studiokaizen.com/portfolio/studio-photos/ with Cyclorama/Cove, 14 foot high ceilings, white walls, little or no natural light.

I will be filming a musician (guitarist) and dancer (2 people)

What would be the minimum recommended lighting gear I should anticipate using?

Camera is 1DC- 4K.

There are too many variables to lighting a set up of moving subjects, as to start with Lens choice, desired DOF as to know at what Aperture you would be shooting, Camera ISO sensitivity, Reflective surfaces and on.

But I have lit a similar set up, with 3 Area 48 LED fixtures, which are about a 1k each, and had plenty of lighting to film at 2.8 to 5.6, with ISO form 800 to 2000.

But I knew exactly the mood I wanted to get, so you have to know yours and try out different set ups till you get to what works for your desired end result.

Then you can always do a little push in Post, but not too much as not to introduce artifacts as Post can only correct info contained in the Metadata, but if the info is not there, you can not created in Post.

And I never shot with your camera, so no idea what can it handle.

Ketch is absolutely right. A lot of variables. What are you going for? A high key look or a darker look? Shallow DOF, or everything in focus? Hard or soft light?

As far as lighting the subjects, are they all going to be in the same frame, or shot separately? Should they all be highlighted? Do you want to show the entire bodies or just key pieces like instruments/faces/feet/hands etc?

Perhaps you could post a screen cap or photo for reference so you can show us what you have in mind.
