Hey guys, wanted to share my latest work.

Shot this on my Scarlet-W w/ a Sigma 18-35 1.8 lens, all handheld, all available light - shot in about 2 hours.

Trying to get into more ad work, so lately have been working on some spec work to beef up my portfolio. Any tips for reaching out to agencies to get representation?

Great piece. Love the energy and shot selection. I see why you used a wide angle lens for this shoot. :wink5:

Hahah! Love the pace and energy! Looks like a fun shoot!
I have to get my spec game up... Done too many straight up corporate videos lately.
This one got me pumped! :D

Thank you man! I felt the same way. I realized you really have to shoot the stuff you wanna get hired to shoot. So I'm hoping if I keep shooting more ad work, I'll get REAL ad work!

My suggestion is that the pants need to pop more in the spot. To me, they're too down, not visible enough, don't have enough color, and don't have enough contrast. I would isolate those with tracking windows and do everything I could to make the viewer aware of the pants, since that's the whole point of the spot. The pants have to really grab your attention.

But... that's just my opinion. I get that the spot needs to move fast, have a lot of different backgrounds, and have good energy. You've got all that, and the composition and lighting are very good.

Hey Marc, thank you for the feedback. I can see what you're saying a little bit, but most of Levi's ads (along with most ads in general lately) to me have been more focused on selling a brand and a vibe rather than highlighting a product so that's why I opted to have the jeans play a part in the ad, rather than be what the ad is about.

Thank you for the feedback though I'll definitely keep that in mind moving forward!

Loved it. I suggest removing the camera model and lens from the spec. Just say shot on Red.

Wow, didn't even think of that. Thank you! I updated the description. I think that'll come across more professional and clean rather than being over technical for no reason.
