Hey, everybody, I'm wondering about anamorphic adapters for an upcoming project and I'm trying to decide between the Letus Anamorphx 1.8x Pro adapter and an older 2x Kish Optics Mesmerizer. The new Schneider Isco4All would have been a contender but it's too small for some of the lenses we plan to use and also it is only 1.5x squeeze, a nice 1.5x admittedly but we ideally want closer to 2x. Has anybody had any experience with the Letus or Mesmerizer? Pros and cons? I am very surprised that there aren't that many reviews for these, especially video reviews. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!

What lenses are you planning on using? What type of project? I don't think there's a whole lot out there on the Letus other than the Proximity film that they have linked on that page.
Letus does seem to offer a rental if you wanted to try it out, but I'm curious to hear more about the project and what you are looking to achieve as there may be alternatives out there to achieve what you are going for.

We are debating between certain larger medium format options, Sigma Art Cine Primes, and the new DZO Arles Primes. With 82mm, 86mm and 95mm fronts, there's some conflict with our usual options which would be the Isco4All, SLR Magic 2x, and Isco Red 2x adapter setups. This will be for an ensemble comedy in Las Vegas so taking in the environment with anamorphic would be ideal.
