Letus “Aluminum” 3 Axis Helix
$2,700 - Contact via PM for initial outreach. Skype welcome for serious buyers/traders.
Used 2 times for personal project and a couple of days indoors doing general setup/testing. Helix is in excellent condition and works perfectly. Batteries are fresh and have each been used/charged about 4-6 times.
Prefer to sell/trade to greater NY area locals only (I live in Manhattan, but willing to travel up to 4 hours for the right buyer or trade. ) Willing to sell/ship to lower CONUS only.
****:smash: Please look into all RedUser message boards regarding the Helix. If your not fully aware of it’s quirks, (ex. setup time, exactness of balancing needs, slight bending of horizon motor when a heavy camera is used, highly technical nature of the basecam GUI for setup, etc. PLEASE do not buy/trade for this. Last thing I want is someone to take this and not know what they are getting into. In the wrong hands you’ll just complain that its hard to setup/use and jittery. In the right hands, the Helix is easy to setup and handles like a dream. The ability to easily go from low mode to chest level (and not crotch level like ronin/movi is pretty awesome.)
Package Includes: You can view the configuration's retail cost of $5.2k here: http://www.letus35.com/letushelix/
Trade Potentials... things I’m interested in:
Needs to be a combination around the $5.2k in current retail equivalent to the Helix setup. Will entertain cash + trade if you only have a singular item.

- Wooden Camera Shoulder Rig (v2 only). v1 not interested. The quick release on the v2 is the bees knees.
- Zacuto Gratical HD EVF (FULL Version preferred) would consider stripped down X version
- Canon 35, 50, 85 prime L series lenses (for DSLR, not the cine primes)
- MacPro Trashcan w. d700 (anything less than d700’s is a no for me)
- Red Bomb OLED EVF (DSMC 1 or the new DSMC 2)... but not interested in original R1 EVF or the DSMC1 LCOS
- +1 Module
- Canon 5ds
