  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Let's Talk About Golden Globe Awards

Why isn't The Tree of Life in the nominee list? Or Melancholia?

Also, no offense but... Midnight in Paris has four nominations? It's a decent flick, yet imho a pale shadow of The Purple Rose of Cairo (which is a masterpiece). Plus, its characterization of Paris as a stereotypical postcard you'd find in a tourist shop is so cliché it's embarrassing.

Tilda for Best Actress. Hell, Tilda for Queen of the World. She's that awesome. :)

A Separation should win Best Foreign FIlm.

Bill Nighy in Page Eight was brilliant.

Really happy for Peter Dinklage's nomination. Hope he wins.

Mark Wahlberg, Melissa McCarthy, Meltem Cumbul, Michelle Pfeiffer, Mila Kunis, Nicole Kidman are Golden Globes presenters.Meltem Cumbul is a Turkish actress and it will be a first @ the Golden Globe;hoping Turkish Cinema will win an Academy Award soon my best bet Nuri Bilge Ceylan is going to make it happen...

Very disappointing to not see Melancholia nominated.

I like the Skin I live In although it's not the best Almodovar for sure, but it's still good enough.

I wish I had the time to go to LA and join the crowd, hell this days I'll be happy to even get a glimpse on a TV set,
but all I get to see is the Monitors on sets, when not traveling to and form work, but not complaining, at list I'm working... ;)

Next year one or two of our films will be in so I'll watch... ;)

Thanks for sharing this stuff guys.
