Feels like Tribe7 but with a cracked glass filter on the front. Would love to know if anyone knows. Looks great.

You learn something every day! I would say you're right. It sure looks like it. I don't like the shaky cam at the end though. Too forced. I loathe affectations.

Could be one of those Dream FX filters or perhaps even an odd-fitting DIY anamorphic scope attachment of some sort. I know some people like the edge vignette and distortion of projector anamorphics despite the need to use a longer focal length or punch in to correct the edges although it is often stated as an artistic choice to leave it as-is.
