Hi guys,

I'm working on 3D test shoot tomorrow, and we are trying to figure out our lens options. We are in the Los Angeles area and were hoping that we could find someone to rent us the lenses we need on short notice. Here's what we are looking for:

-Canon TS-E 90 mm lenses
-Canon ME 65 mm lenses
-Canon mounts for the RED 1 camera (can be smart or dumb)
-Raynox 202 and 2 Raynox 505 diopters (mountable on Canon lenses OR Nikon D 60mm, 105 mm, and/or 80mm

We need two of each type of lens, as we are shooting with a 3D rig. This is a very interesting opportunity, and affords the chance to test multiple lenses in 3D. If anyone on these forums is looking to rent their lenses out, or knows of somewhere we can get all these quickly, please let me know. The best way to get in touch beyond replying to this thread is to shoot me a quick e-mail at bwj5000@gmail.com.

Thanks for your Reply,
Ben

Indeed it is, that is going to be a factor in our production. Looks like your down in Baja, do you know of anyone up here in LA that can help out?

Thanks, but we do need to do this tomorrow, and we're just trying to weigh all of our options before then.

Trick is going to be finding matching pairs of lenses. There has been much difficulty grabbing lenses "off the shelf" that match. Zeiss seem to be the best and the Ultra Primes. Curious to know what you find...

Hey, our main goal now is to find the two mounts for the RED cameras, does anyone know of how we can manage this?
