Ok, assuming I am getting the one with the Canon mount, what is a recommended lens? I've been reading Shane Halburt's blog a little bit, and he recommends Zeiss ZE, Canon L Series, and the Leica R series. Of course those are his recommendations for the 5D Mark II, what would people thing for the Scarlet X? Thanks.

I ordered the Canon Al package but I don't own any canon glass. I'll be using Zeiss Zf2's with Optiteks Nikon Mount.

Canon L Series lenses are some of my personal favorites. Check out this video by Joseph Hutson. He used Canon L Series lenses on his Epic M.

Basically Scarlet will look just like this minus the slow motion stuff.

I have $8,000 set aside for glass. The DP for my project is supposed to be doing this, but he's being an idiot. With 8K what would be the best/most usable set I could get? Thanks.

Does anyone know what the old 70s Nikon AI lenses will resolve in resolution? Loved them for 7D use, would be good to know how redundant they'd be at 4k.
