I recently got a new monstro and I have a set of beautiful Leica-R's which work perfect with my Red Monstro, and recently I was thinking in getting a new set of lenses. But I would love to get some feedback on recommendations. I have currently two in mind.

Elite Anamorphic: I just love the look and the breathing they create vs the other options. But honestly I don't know how good or maybe if its a waste to use Anamorphic on a Vista Vision sensor. Any feedback on that?

Cooke S7: They are the new ones, anyone had any experience or hands on with this ones? How different would they look vs some Leica-R.

Any other lens recommendation for VV?

Hi,
My thoughts for clean lenses that are fast
SPHERICAL: TOKINA CINEMA LENSES http://www.tokinacinema.com/lenses.html They're amazing! "A cheap Master prime"
FFA ANAMORPHIC: SCORPIO http://servicevision.es/sites/defau...phic-2x/brochurescorpiolensanamorphic2x_1.pdf Again a very good set of Monstro covering glass, super straight for cars & buildings etc.

More 'Character' looking glass:
SPHERICAL: CANON FD PRIMES, CANON K35 GLASS (25mm & longer), MAMIYA medium format glass is really nice looking on a Monstro.
ANAMORPHIC: Van Diemen 'FFA' LOMO>COOKE & LEICA>LOMO look great & will cover your Monstro too: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JmQ6b7HkkBU & https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yx9PhUAnA2U ...I shot these on a HELIUM as my my Monstro's hadn't arrived then.

ATLAS ANA's...not sure on their height coverage though? great price, great housing & feel solid too.

I think we'll see a lot more options later this year especially in Anamorphic.

Anyway, this (above) is what I'm doing :)

Stu
