Lens Mount Screw Type/Size?

Anyone know the screw type & size which is used to attach a lens mount to the front of the Scarlet/Epic?

Anyone? If not I'll just take old Scarlet into a Home Depot and see what works.

Please take out one of the screws and just take that in.. The thought of taking a Scarlet (without lens mount and therefore no sensor protection) into a dusty environment is a little scary!!

Unfortunately I don't have any screws.

I did find a long screw that seems to be the right thread size. I'm taking that in to buy a few shorter versions. Hopefully that's my problem solved!

You can get them from RED for .25 each.

Hi Ryan,

the thread length is around 7,7-8mm, it´s a button head type. Thread size should be M4. HTH.
I would order them from RED, though.

Seriously - call your bomb squad rep; at the very least ask them the size, and for complete safety and security of your investment / work & clients order the screws from them...

BTW, Lowes has a much better selection of metric hardware, but just order them from red. I assume you lost them?

Watch that screw length!
It has been mentioned before that too long a screw can, and has damaged sensor boards.
