It's always something right? lol. The adapter has the cable pointing straight out from the body, begging to get busted. If I could rotate the connection it would be amazing. Is it possible?

1682575[/URL]]I thought the same thing. Why did they set this up like this. Maybe it can be rotated on the mount side not the cable side.??

Nope you can't rotate the pogo connector because they are directional. They only fit one way.

I tried it the day I received the Lemo A, unscrewed the mini-torx, looked inside and... no, you can't rotate the lemo as the port is hard mounted.
You would have to unweld it, rotate, and weld it again.

But I agree it should be rotatable, with at least two angles. Having the right angle lemo cable protruding liek this is dangerous, and I'm not a fan
of any straight cables. I like to keep the rig compact and clean without any cable hanging.

There's no way to make this adapter change angles. The ribbon cable inside has no give and it can't move a mm.

I wonder if someone makes an adapter? Like aright angle adapter?

And then they're on the wrong side entirely.

Nah it works great, you can rotate the lemo receivers on the top plate, I use right angle cables and point them up, also thin cables, very clean and functional

Folks at Wooden Camera in the past has made custom cables for me. They might still offer this (post changing owners). You might be able to order a new pogo style cable that becomes a male lemo on the other end (that connects to your DSMC1 displays)...if you wanna pay for a cable instead of an adapter.

Yeah they will make whatever you want, there's lots of options to solve your issue, I think a lot of new owners buy Red branded accessories because they think it will work the best but in pretty much every instance there is a better 3rd party solution (not saying this is you)
