I am currently thinking about buying a nice set of 6 Leica-R summicrons (19, 24, 35, 50, 85, 135). The set is P+S rehoused, recently serviced, and all glass is from one set. How much would you pay for this? Is $30k reasonable? Thanks for your advice!

19mm Elmarit R 1:2,8 (2nd generation)

24mm Elmarit R 1:2,8

35mm Summicron R 1:2,0

50mm Summicron R 1:2,0

80mm Summilux R 1:1,4

135mm Elmarit R 1:2,8

extra Zoom included, *** no re-housing, no PL-Mount

Apo Vario Zoom 70-180mm Elmarit R 1:2,8

24mm to 135mm cover 8K on RED Monstro camera, 19mm lens cover up to 7K

34000EUR

30.000 $ sounds like a price that a rehoused set would go for
just to make sure:
there is no 85mm Leica-R lens. there is a 80mm summilux or 90mm summicron
There are only summicron versions of the 35, 50 and 90 available.
the 19, 24, 135 would then be elmarit versions.

is your set rehoused? or just the lenses without mods?

30k is a lot for a set on non-rehoused. You could get a mint set depending on the year and lenses from Mark M from anywhere from 12k-15k

Considering that many brand name lenses available today would cost you that amount, the offer seems reasonable considering
the work was performed by P & S. If you are happy with the look of the Leica-R, I would seriously consider them.

Just make sure you have some sort of warranty. Happy filming.
