Selling off my beautiful set of Leica-R's. All of them were made in 1979/80, all have matching serial numbers starting with 30xxxx. Leses are in perfect condition in every way. Cosmetically you will have a hard time finding any marks at all.
They have all-black 80mm fronts (77mm filter), with no logos. The 15mm has a custom made 95mm front (no filter thread), that works/no vignetting @5K on Epic. I have not tested on Dragon/Helium.
Under some conditions, when using filters, I have seen that the letters/writing in front of the lens, surrounding the glass, will reflect in the filter and back to the sensor. Not a nice surprise to have white letters showing up in the recorded clips. Therefore, the lenses are fitted with black shims in front, covering the white letters/writing surrounding the glass.
I used to have the lenses fitted with Canon EF adapters from Leitax, but I got rid of them and bought a Leica-R mount for my Epic in stead. Super sturdy with no play in the lense seating at all. Just as sturdy as the RED PL-Mount. I will include the mount too.
Lenses are fitted with rubber follow focus gear.
