It appears that the Version 1 of the 19mm f/2.8 Elmarit-R has some problems with color fringing in high contrast situations. Check out the pictures from this review: http://www.overgaard.dk/leica_19mm_elmarit-R_version-1.html
Has anyone else, who owns a 19mm V1, experienced these problems? Could anyone post some hi-res pictures of high-contrasty scenes? Has somebody tried to remove these Color Fringes in Post?
As the V2 of the 19mm is much more expensive, I would really like to know, if it is worth the extra bucks.
Would really help me a lot with my decision, if someone could report their experiences.
Thanks,
Oliver
