Legacy shooters and Red Cine X users: I've been shooting Legacy in a Red Epic Dragon for some time with great success and transforming to IPP2 in Red Cine X. Those adjustments have shown up great in FCPX. Now, I've switched over to shooting RedLogFilm etc in camera and transforming to IPP2 and viewing in a monitor. When I now do what I've done all along, back to FCPX, FCPX wants to show me the LOG and not the recently adjusted IPP2. However, if I use the Red Raw Settings in FCPX I can change the settings to DCIP3/Redgamma4 etc it seems to look per usual. This makes me wonder if I was ever looking at IPP2 in FCPX. Can someone confirm that yes, if looking at DCIP3/Redgamma4 in FCPX and RedCineX has updated R3Ds automatically after adjusting I am in fact looking at IPP2 in FCPX(now I see the screen shot I know that that isn't the case). If not, can someone shed simple light as to what is happening and how to get IPP2 in FCPX with this new monitor workflow? Thank you.
