LED malfunctioning in RED station mini-mag?

Hi all,

My setup: Weapon Mag + 1 TB mini-mag + RED station mini-mag.

The problem:

[TD]After I connect the mini-mag station to my iMac via the supplied USB3 cable, the red LED lights up after I turn the back switch to the "on" position, as expected.

- But as soon as I insert the mini-mag 1 TB media in it, the LED turns off (which is not what is written in the Media Operation Guide, page 13 and 51).

- And while I'm transferring files to my computer, accessing media, the LED stays off, there is no blinking at all (which is not what is written in the Media Operation Guide, page 13 and 51).

What can be done to correct the problem?

I've already tried another RED station mini-mag but the result is the same.
I also tried to also connect the DC power supply cable, but result is also the same.

I'm wondering if someone have a 1 TB mini-mag and a station to see if the LED strange behavior is the same as mine, please?!

In spite of this LED problem, The files can be downloaded to a computer without any problem, but I'm worried that latter I can run into trouble at the worst time, during some important work.[/TD]
