Learning about RED...?

[Karel Bata]

Hi, I'm new here :seeya:

I'm new to RED and doing an introductory course next week in London. Can anyone point me to any good on-line resources to get me started? I've bags of experience in film, and with digital editing (PC based using Premiere and AE) but a limited amount with the new digital cameras themselves in the past few years.

I'm picking up bits and pieces of information from all over, but could do with something a bit more structured.

And is this book any good? Red: The Ultimate Guide to Using the Revolutionary Camera or can I do better?

Cheers!

The manual (over at http://red.com/support) and the book you mentioned should give you a good head start, and of course reduser (though not exactly structured.)

Cheers! That's a good start.
