I have already submitted a ticket, but wanted to know if anyone else has experienced this on their Weapon or Epic. The other day on a shoot when I was pulling the camera off the tripod I bumped the v-mount battery and lost power. The camera booted again and suddenly the 5" LCD was all scrambled. I tried reinstalling firmware, wiping the camera, different ports & cable, all with no luck. Today, I was able to try a friend's LCD and it worked fine, so it doesn't appear to be the camera, but the LCD itself. I don't believe I bumped the LCD, only the battery when it happened. Has anyone else had an issue like this where losing power somehow screws up the LCD? I would think maybe a power surge, but the monitor does still power up and vaguely shows an image.

I have had a similar issue and it is always related to me not pushing the cable in all the way or a bad cable. I haven't heard of the problem hanging around after cable replacement or connecting it corectly or re powering the camera.
maybe check the connector part on the monitor?
