Any tips from folks out there about labeling one's gear? Particularly cables, mounts, and other fiddly bits. Would be nice to find something that's printed all professional-like, will stay put, and doesn't tear off in the first stiff breeze - but also doesn't leave an adhesive mess all over the place.

Would also like to hear options for labeling one's cases (Pelican, for instance) in a clean, professional way without drilling holes through them.

(Dremel and branding iron are taken as given.)

Barcode is a save option !

If you have two RED´s on a shoot with the barcodes form the same producer..............you will need a scanner :help:

But you could airbrush a little logo on your suff.....that looks nice as well !

or serialise it,

such as.......

I was going to go with a 2mm silver foil oval, about .3" x .4" with just my company logo on it - so I can wrap it around XLR connectors... anything. Waiting to get samples from Maverick before proceeding. I'll post pics and a report when I do.
