I've used the Carrion, you are in for a treat, that thing is phenomenal. Glad to hear you got one before your shoot is over, I hope.

I can't believe that was hand held! I guess shooting with a 10mm does help a ton indeed. I will try to rent the 10mm Standard for sure. It should work perfectly in conjunction with a pair of small gyros and some sort of bungee chord hand held setup... coupled with FC's stabilization we might get similar results to your "Dan-Held" I hope hehe...

What helicopter was it? I imagine the door is almost as important as the pilot.

Well, we just wrapped up the Miami portion of the film and boy was it intense. We had aerial shots with DP Dan Macarthur strapped in doing handheld or should I call it "Danheld" while hovering 30 feet above a super yacht, flying over bridges, chasing down Lamborghini's doing 160mph, intense.

The shoot was very guerilla style and Dan capitalized on that with very minimal yet creative lighting and camera work. I've got tons of stills to post, but I'll be choice with a few for now from my iPhone....

Absolutely gorgeous footage, although what I found most interesting about the teaser was to see Alex Castro from Cirque du Soleil's Zumanity. Unless I am somehow mistaken. It IS late....
