Kudos to RED -- Pirates 4

[Joseph Hutson]

Sometimes we get caught up with always looking at the future of RED, instead of looking at what RED has already accomplished...

20 days past its release, and Pirates has made $810,904,120 at the box office. Not bad. Not bad at all.

Kudos to the leadership at RED and thanks for your vision which is continually being ushered into reality. Kudos to people like Nate Heartt who work so hard, day in and day out to take what is learned on the biggest budgeted movies and to bring about a better camera for the common REDuser.

I couldn't be prouder of you guys...

+1 - I thought it was beautiful shot and one of the best looking films I've seen in a while. Red's advancements in so many areas made that possible. Thanks, Joseph

…shot on a camera in the same price-range as a good HD camera.

[Nate Heartt]

Thanks for that Joseph.

Shot on a camera about a quarter of the price of one of the better HD cameras...
