Konodo audio output over SDI

I recently upgraded all of my Komodos to the newest firmware. So far the only issue I am having is by sending audio over SDI.
the Komodo by default used to send channels 1 and 2 over SDI, now it seems like it only wants to send 3 and 4, which are internal mic only.
This makes it difficult to send audio to my client monitor over SDI, as inly the internal mics are working.
I have tried this over several camera bodies now, and I'm not finding a way to switch it back to channels 1 and 2.
Any insight on this would be appreciated.

If I'm not mistaken, channels 3 and 4 are external mics:

Just did a quick test (using firmware 1.6.5) using internal mic and it shows up on channels 1 and 2.

yes internal mics 12 and external mics 34 when BOTH USED
otherwise its internal 12 or external 12 when used seperate

Question does the sdi out port send embbeded audio of all 1-4 channels? mixed or individual channels?
